Not even steady rains and challenging conditions could keep Chase Elliott from Victory Lane in the
Echopark Texas Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas road course.
Driving the No. 9 Llumar Window Film® Chevrolet Camaro for Hendrick Motorsports, Elliott
continued his NASCAR Cup SeriesTM road course dominance with his sixth victory in his last 11 road
course starts. Elliott’s victory, which came when the race was called 14 laps short of the scheduled
finish, brought Hendrick Motorsports its 268th NASCAR Cup SeriesTM victory, which tied the all-time
team record.
