When leaders tangled on the final lap of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series® race at Texas Motor Speedway, it opened
the door for Carson Hocevar to visit Victory Lane for the first time.
Hocevar led only one lap in the SpeedyCash.com 250, but it was the most important one. The Niece Motorsports driver
was riding in third on the final lap following an overtime restart when the top-two drivers collided. Hocevar steered
clear of the crashing trucks and was out front when the race was declared complete. His first NASCAR Craftsman Truck
Series® win came in his 59th career start.
