Nick Sanchez had many reasons to celebrate in Charlotte Motor Speedway Victory Lane following the North Carolina Education Lottery 200. The Rev Racing driver made a charge with fresh tires to move from 10th to first in the final nine laps of the race to secure his second win of the 2024 season and secure the $50,000 Triple Truck Challenge bonus. The race, which was the 700th all-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series® race, was also the 700th start for his Rev Racing crew member Chris “Showie” Showalter. Showalter, who was on a truck crew when the series held its first race in 1995 and every race since, currently serves as the Truck Chief on Sanchez’s Gainbridge No. 2 Chevrolet Silverado.
